RETURNS

If you are not happy with your Cuddle Bunny when you receive it, please let us know immediately!!

We DO NOT give a refund or exchange because you changed your mind
as each order is made for each person.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If we made the mistake with your order we are very sorry and will naturally fix it!

If the problem is a mistake you made when ordering, let us know as there may be a solution we can offer.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN YOUR CUDDLE BUNNY UNLESS WE ASK YOU!!

When you contact us, please include your order details, the date you received your Cuddle Bunny and what the problem is. We will also require clear PHOTOS so we can assess the situation properly.
Write "attention customer service" in the subject line and send your email to: info@cuddlebunnies.com.au

We will attend to your email as soon as possible and assess the problem. We will then contact you to discuss a solution and any further action.
If a refund is approved, it will be applied to your credit card automatically.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at "info@cuddlebunnies.com.au" to let us know and follow the directions as stated above.
Please Do NOT return your Cuddle Bunny until we ask you!


GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

SHIPPING
If you are asked to return your product, please mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time may vary for your exchanged product to reach you.

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, or we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
