FAQ

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Depending on our schedule, we are usually able to begin your design soon after we receive your completed order. We will then email you with a picture of it to check the colours, spelling and layout. When we receive your email with your final approval, stitching can begin.

PLEASE NOTE:  ONCE STITCHING HAS BEGUN YOU CANNOT CHANGE YOUR ORDER!

We aim to have your completed toy ready for delivery in a couple of days if we possibly can.  

If something is required urgently, please let us know!

Some times of year such as Easter and Christmas also make a difference with available stock and the time it takes to complete orders.

If we do not have enough toys in stock, we will let you know approximately when we will be expecting new stock to arrive.

 

 WHY DO YOU SEND MY ORDER BY EXPRESS POST?

We send orders by Express Post as we have found it to be the quickest & most reliable method with an inbuilt tracking system.

However, as we are based in a semi-rural area, the parcels will take at least 2 days depending on their destination and will probably NOT be delivered overnight.

 

WHY IS THE TOY I WANT NO LONGER DISPLAYED?

When we have no stock available for a toy, the picture is automatically removed from the page and will return when new stock arrives.  If you are wanting a particular toy, please email us and we can keep it aside for you for a short time.

 

WHY HAS THE TOY I WANT CHANGED?

Availability of toys depends on our stock, our suppliers and the manufacturers. The design of the toys can change and we'll do our best to inform our customers if we know a favourite is going to be discontinued.
